The short version
SceneKey Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. operates the SceneKey Rides platform in Kenya. We connect riders with independent driver-partners who provide transportation services under their own authority. SceneKey Rides itself does not provide transportation services.

Insurance & coverage
All rides booked through SceneKey Rides are covered by commercial liability insurance provided by our carrier partner. Coverage applies from the moment a driver accepts a trip until the rider exits the vehicle at the drop-off. A summary of coverage is provided in the app under Safety > Insurance; full policy documents are available on request.
Regulatory & licensing
SceneKey Rides operates as a digital ride-hailing platform licensed under the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA). Driver-partners hold valid PSV licences and are vetted under the Road Transport Act and applicable county transport regulations. A county-by-county breakdown of where we operate is maintained at regulatory@scenekey.app.
Accessibility
SceneKey Rides is committed to providing equal access to mobility in line with the Persons with Disabilities Act, 2003. Our app supports VoiceOver and TalkBack screen readers, dynamic type, and high-contrast modes. Riders who need wheelchair-accessible vehicles can request WAV (Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle) service from the vehicle picker. For accessibility-related feedback, contact accessibility@scenekey.app.
